Cancellations & Refunds

Orders that have been placed and subsequently requested for cancellation in order to obtain a refund will incur a 10% restocking or cancellation fee. This fee is implemented to account for the time, packaging materials, and associated costs we face. Refunds will be processed with a deduction of 10% from the total order amount. For instance, if you order a product costing $10 and decide to cancel after the order has been received, you will receive a refund of $9.
